As we are seeing a little normality enter our lives, we decided to take another look at the amazing events our team have been a part of over the years. One that springs to mind is the stunning scenery at the Harris Gardens, where the team helped the client create a fun-filled event with specialist and leading entertainment services. The client had contacted The Big Collective after taking a look at our previous work and being impressed with what we have been able to achieve. They wanted to create an engaging evening whereby their guests could take home memorabilia from the event; this is where The Big Collective lent a helping hand.
Entertainment With A View
What we did
Due to the scenery being so beautiful, the client opted on having their event outdoors, so that guests could enjoy the fresh air while socialising. After speaking with the client, it was clear that they wanted to customise their experience to ensure that their branding was implemented throughout the event. To help them combine their need for customisation as well as the beautiful setting of their event, the team decided that a photo booth would be the ideal addition for the occasion.
The team ran through the various different booths available, and the client decided to go for the compact photo booth, also known as the selfie pod. To ensure that they could make the most out of their experience, the team helped them to design printouts that allowed them to place a personal message and their branding on the border of the photos. Not only this, but the team also helped them to incorporate a banner into their booth package, allowing them to place the booth in front of a wall with their logo and message as a backdrop.
The team had a lot of fun working with the client and attending the event to ensure that their chosen service ran smoothly, and guests could enjoy their experience.
