Getting Into The Festive Spirit

Having spent the past few months in the lockdown, we are most definitely missing working with our lovely clients and attending wonderful events around the capital. So, as it looks like our next excuse for a celebration may well be Christmas, we thought that we would take a look back at an event we worked on over the last festive period.
We were contacted by a client who had seen one of our fantastic photo booths at a networking event and was eager to hire their own for their corporate Christmas party. They had hired a beautiful venue in Westminster where they would enjoy a luxury three-course sit-down meal so wanted something to entertain their guests throughout the evening, while making sure that the festive spirit was incorporated into every component.

What we did
As the client was unsure which photo booth would be best-suited to their event, we arranged for a member of our team to visit their venue with them to determine how much free space would be available. Although the room that they hired was on the larger side, by the time that they had set out all of their tables, there would be just one corner that would be big enough for a booth. With this in mind, we recommended that the client opted for our compact photo booth, which is smaller in size without having to compromise on quality. It could also be fully customised, allowing the shell to be in a bright red shade to fit with the festivities. We paired the booth with Christmas themed prop box, filled with everything from Santa’s hats to speech bubbles to hold up.
On the day of the event, we went along to the venue a few hours before the Christmas party was set to begin to ensure that everything was ready in time. We also provided them with a USB stick with digital copies of all of their booth photos, so that they could send them to the team when they were back in the office.
