At the start of the year, we were contacted by a new and upcoming company based in Camden, London, who were in the process of planning their first product launch. While they were confident on the message that they hoped to portray and the theme that they wanted to incorporate, they were unsure of how to merge all of their ideas together to plan an exciting event. As our team have a background in event planning, this is something that we assist clients with regularly. Along with offering event hire services, we can also provide guidance on the overall planning process.
Leaving A Lasting Impression
What we did
During their first call with one of The Big Collective team members, the client explained that they loved the idea of incorporating the vibrancy and quirky artwork that their hometown, Camden, was known for – we instantly knew the perfect solution! Our digital graffiti wall would be ideal for showcasing the flair of uniqueness that the client wanted to base their brand on while giving their guests an interactive form of entertainment. It meant that those who attended their product launch could try their hand at recreating the famous paintings that draped the buildings on Camden’s high street. The client was instantly intrigued, so went ahead with hiring our full-sized digital graffiti wall.
On the day of the product launch, our team headed to the event venue to set up all of the equipment required for the entertainment. The client opted for also adding our live graffiti artist to their package, which meant that they would have a professional on hand throughout the day to encourage their guests to get involved. We also provided a host of customised stencils, which included the company logo, slogan and new product. It’s fair to say that the digital graffiti wall went down a treat, even more so as every guest was given the opportunity to print off their creation onto a keyring, giving them something to take home to remember the day!
